  • For carb counters, tortillas are the new sliced bread. Less filling and less breadiness, tortillas can be used in many of the same ways as actual bread. Longmont is either filled with health nuts or Mexicanos as the town seems to have the highest density of "tortillerias" per capita of any place on the Front Range. Las Americas keeps it simple. Just fresh made tortillas at their on-site facility. Use them as you would bread and be victorious in the good carb vs. bad carb conflict.
