This place has literally not changed a bit in 25 years (well, longer...) -- I remember going to Bonnie Brae as a youngster on Friday nights as a special treat after doing well all week in grade school. The pizza is still the best around!

  • Operating in the same location for the last 70 years (yep, that’s right, 70), and run by fourth-generation members of the Dire family. The BBT is still a home-away-from-home for Bonnie Brae neighborhood residents and University of Denver students. It has a full bar and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. They even have brunch on the weekends. The menu includes a little bit of everything—burgers, pizza, Mexican, Italian, and all sorts of lovely breakfast classics.
