Headed downtown for a birthday celebration and was completely let down by our usual joint. We took a chance on Cru and it paid off with great atmosphere & fantastic service. It saved the celebration!

This past Friday some friends and myself tried this place as part of the 5280 promotion. The atmostphere is good and the service was great however the food portions were rediculous! A steak salad that literally had two bite size peices of steak and the main course was the same... NOT worth the $$$! We all ended up at the Denver Diner with in two hours because we were all still hungry. Also... this place is wayyy to cramped. You are practically eating dinner with the next table!! We also had to wait although we had a reservation and there was no where to sit or stand... the poor servers were almost tripping over us and they only have a very small bar with no where to stand. I was super excited to try this place however was totally let down... was so irritated by having to stand and wait and then when we got our 'food' was totally dissapointed. I won't be returning to this place.
