  • We're not really sure what the good folks in Lyons do, but judging by their restaurants, it appears they like to eat expensive German food.  Oh and painting.  They seem to like painting as well.  Hmm, kind of sounds familiar.  We remember hearing something or other about a German artist who got out of hand.  Hopefully those aren't symptoms of world domination or Boulder and Estes Park might be in trouble.  Anyway, Black Bear Inn serves upscale German food, or at least that's what they've convinced their customers who spend $27.95 on a schnitzel.
