Park Centre Lounge is the best place for Karaoke in Westminster. They have daily happy hour, and just rolled out a new menu. It has the “Cheers” touch. Everyone does get to know your name. It has a nice quaint feeling inside. It is a nice comfortable atmosphere to sit, and relax after a hard day’s work. Karaoke now starts at 8 pm. It has numerous televisions scattered throughout with all the games ranging from football, baseball, and pretty much you name it, they have it. My sister and I hang out their once a week and has always been a place we frequent. They have a professional bar staff and the prices are way better than most big chains in the area. My drinks (rum and coke) runs about $3.00 per drink and when happy hour hits, it goes lower. If you have not tired Park Centre Lounge, I recommend it to everyone looking for a change. It is a private bar without all the corporate bureaucrats.

My husband and I just moved to Westminster from St. Louis, MO where the karaoke bars are pretty good. After reading the reviews for this bar I was really excited! We get there at 8:30 or so hoping to get there early enough to sing a few. The waitress got our drink order wrong, BOTH of our drinks wrong, and it took forever to get any one back to our table. After sitting there for over 2 hours I finally got to sing. It's not that it was crowded, the DJ decides to play crap dance music in between singers and it's a waste of time. Why would you advertise karaoke if you're trying to be a dance club? It's just not what I was looking for and certainly not what I am used to. Sure, the people were friendly... but I was looking for a good karaoke bar and this wasn't the place.

Try one of these tips to improve your results:
  • Ensure your search term was spelled correctly.
  • Use a filter, search by neighborhood or drag and zoom the map to check a different part of town.
  • Make your search less specific (e.g. Chinese instead of Kung Pao chicken).
  • Are we missing a venue or event? Add it and let us know what you think.
  • Many bars try to do too many things just to end-up spreading themselves too thin, causing the whole operation to suffer- not so at Park Centre Lounge. They decided to focus on one attribute; we are of course talking about karaoke, and pull it off with great success. And not just one or two nights, but seven nights a week. With an extensive catalogue of classic and contemporary songs, no one should feel intimidated about grabbing the mic and belting their heart out at this friendly neighborhood bar.

Eh. I don’t feel strongly about it either way. I don’t hate it or love it, I wouldn’t recommend it or dismiss it, it just is.
