I can't believe I just discovered this place. I went for the first time to have dinner before going to the Soiled Dove right below it for a concert. My dinner was awesome and so was my friend's. We had the spinach dip first which was one of the better ones I've had lately. My friend had one of the specials - some type of unique burger but I can't remember exactly. He definitely liked it though. I had the prime rib which was awesome. I recommend this place.

Last week I visited Tavern Lowry for happy hour and a bite to eat. I have been to a few of the other Tavern's and wanted to try Lowry considering I have never been there. It was amazing. They have the wonderful 2-for-1 happy hour special that runs until 7 similar to the other Taverns. Your really can't go wrong with a buy one get one on alcohol after a long day at work. I proceeded to have dinner and the Pan Roasted Salmon ($17) was out of this world. From the nice presentation to the last bite on my plate. It is one of my new favorite dishes. I will be going back for this meal and I highly recommend trying it if you have not done so. I also noticed the professionalism of the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. The bartender was especially wonderful. All-in-all I will be going back to this location again soon. It was very warm and relaxing. I highly recommend giving it a try. Nice work Tavern Lowry.

This chic, neighborhood bar and grill morphs from an upscale eatery during the day, to a full-on rock and roll refuge at night.
