From the lilting tones of the piano tucked in the northeast corner to the wide open patio, this bar offers up classy cocktails set back from busy downtown streets. The patio seats over a hundred, and while that might not be what the doctor ordered when you are after a hangover brunch, it’s great when the party is in full effect. It’s also a bit of a crossroads, from cougars on the prowl to the trendy 20’s set—you’ll see them all lining the heavy oak bar in packs and singles—and hey if you play your cards right, the bar is already in a nice hotel!

Try one of these tips to improve your results:
  • Ensure your search term was spelled correctly.
  • Use a filter, search by neighborhood or drag and zoom the map to check a different part of town.
  • Make your search less specific (e.g. Chinese instead of Kung Pao chicken).
  • Are we missing a venue or event? Add it and let us know what you think.
  • The days of the crooner are over. Michael Buble aside, no one sings like Sinatra anymore, or knows how to make a fedora look cool. That’s what makes Charlie Brown’s so wonderful. This charming piano bar is a throwback to the old days of smoky bars and palpable heartbreak, especially when Paul Lopez commands the ivories on Tuesday nights. The menu covers a staggering amount of territory, with everything from gyros – which draw raves – to Mexican, Italian, and good old American steak-and-potatoes.

Eh. I don’t feel strongly about it either way. I don’t hate it or love it, I wouldn’t recommend it or dismiss it, it just is.
