We order a pizza and the waitress said I could get as many toppings as I wanted and never mentioned that each topping was extra so after they wouldn't change the bill we asked to talk to the manager and the first thing she asked when she came out is "had we ever ordered a pizza before." She kept interrupting and won't let us just explain, we just wanted to explain not fight and she wouldn't hear anything. So we told her we wouldn't be back and she told us, "if we were too stupid to order a pizza she didn't want us back." I heard this place was new and I wonder how long they are going to stay open calling their customers stupid.

I have not eaten at that restaurant but EVERYONE KNOWS, except for you, that each additional topping is extra. I have placed my ratings high to offset the "pizza ordering virgin's" low score.

This pizza is awesome. The wings were really good too. We can't wait to try more items off the menu. Very family friendly. The service was also good - everyone was real nice. It's a shame about the bad review, sounds like someone was just trying to get something for free. Who doesn't know that toppings are extra? I'm glad you're not going back to Granelli's because you don't sound like someone I'd like to rub elbows with!

My family and I had lunch at Granelli's today and had hot dogs and pizza. I realize it is a different combination of food but it's what we were in the mood for. The woman doing everything was the sole positive from our trip and I know we will never be in the mood for Granelli's ever again. The hot dogs were average at best but no where near the "special" price of 2 dogs, chips, and soda for $7. Then there is the so called pizza, I would call it dressed up frozen cardboard. Seriously, I have had better frozen pizza from King Soopers. Plus I thought this was a Chicago eatery, where is the staple deep dish pie? Needless to say I will never frequent Granelli's ever again and I hope everyone that sees this takes my advise and avoids the disappointment I experienced.
