No kidding, is always an experience, a new one each time. Where they get those ingredients.
Service is really attentive and detailed. Those gnocchi are insane

We were so excited to try Il Posto! The ambiance was great, we enjoyed the small setting and casual-formal atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
The food was fantastic, fresh, and unique, albeit a bit on the salty side.
I enjoyed the small wine list - as a wine lover but not connoisseur, I appreciated having someone else narrow down my choices. The food and wine is not where I take issue.
Our experience, however, was ruined when 10 minutes after paying our bill we were asked to leave to vacate the table for someone else. One of our group still had wine in her glass! We had just spent $160 for four of us, and did not expect to be asked to leave before our drinks were even finished. I understand the principles of running a restaurant, but there's something to be said for customer satisfaction. We weren't at TGI Friday's and didn't expect to be treated like it either.
If I want to spend that much money on dinner, I'll go to Fruition which has equally good food for the price, but I've never been asked to vacate a table.

Try one of these tips to improve your results:
  • Ensure your search term was spelled correctly.
  • Use a filter, search by neighborhood or drag and zoom the map to check a different part of town.
  • Make your search less specific (e.g. Chinese instead of Kung Pao chicken).
  • Are we missing a venue or event? Add it and let us know what you think.
  • Pasta that is good for you? Now that is an oxymoron. That must be what Il Posto means. But chef/owner Andrea Frizzi calls it the “complicated simplicity of Italian food and wine,” to say the least. Complicated to Frizzi means changing the menu daily only to ensure fresh and organic ingredients from local farmers here in Colorado and in Italy. For those watching their waistlines, no butter or cream is used in anything on the menu. Like a quaint corner bistro in New York or Italy, Il Posto is truly one-of-a-kind here in Denver. Let’s hope it sparks a trend.

Eh. I don’t feel strongly about it either way. I don’t hate it or love it, I wouldn’t recommend it or dismiss it, it just is.
