  • Highlands Ranch and Parker residents Eric Abbott and Mark Rank came up with the idea of a muffin/bagel shop back in college (probably after hitting the old water pipe if ya know what we mean), and now, almost 11 years later, their favorite dream can be a breakfast lovers favorite place to grab a quick, more-satisfying-than-fast-food, bite to eat. With a wide variety of bagel and muffin choices (over 20), this preservative-free cafe uses healthier alternatives in their milk and egg choices to keep this health conscious world satisfied, but not over stuffed. And with their carry-out and delivery options such as boxed lunches, muffin/bagel platters and drinks, you can enjoy this cafe just about anywhere. Thank you Eric and Mark, for doing whatever you did in college to come up with this snazzy idea.
