After watching “Ratatouille” your image of French cuisine may be a little botched. Don’t worry, rats have not taken over their kitchen it’s very sleek and classy. When you enter this ‘tres bien’ French restaurant you enter an upscale fancy-schmancy restaurant. Let’s go over a couple things on the menu so you can be ‘magnifique’ when you sit at your table. The “soupe du jour” is the “soup of the day”. “Salade” is a “salad”. That’s about as far as college French class has taken us. You’re on your own from here. The French love their wine so you can only imagine their extensive wine list is. It gets ‘deux’ thumbs up from us.
