  • Tavern in Lakewood caters to the working man. If you’re of the XX chromosome variety, you can expect to be outnumbered by about 9 to 1. There’s no food, no fancy drinks, no checks or credit cards. This is a shot/beer bar that doesn’t mess around with that silly stuff but is just a place to bring your greenbacks and relax under the ceiling flags with a glass of the good stuff in your paw. Oh, and there’s karaoke four nights a week for the Lakewood Idols in the crowd.
