This used to be one of our favorite places - it has gone downhill - our last 3 visits or so - the pizza (which is what we go for) was cold and the dough was doughy. Because this has been our favorite downtown place to hang out and get an awesome pizza we have keep trying - but 3 might be an un-charm - we have been very disapointed every time - don't know if there has been a change in mgmt or help - but we are HOPING they will go back to making awesome pizza soon!! It also has gotten a bit pricey -

I've been going to the WSC for about a decade or so. Over those years, I've never experienced a mediocre meal or encountered bad service. The menu is classic bar fare- pizza, burgers, etc. - all very well executed and good value for the money. Like a big poster for a ska band, the floor at the Wazee Supper Club introduces itself as a character for the clientele. Its bold check pattern speaks volumes, which is just as this 30-year institution wants it. Serving everyone from politicians to out-of-work artists over the years, Wazee has become filled with Depression-era remnants that just feel right at home here, the main attraction being the converted 1937 garage door opener currently used as a dumbwaiter.
