I call it Pickups. I like the way they have tall tables and chairs so even if your sitting you are at eye level with people standing. This adds a lot to the feel of the place. The owner clearly knows how to run a bar. It's not perfect but a fun place to pound beers and get a little crazy. Downside is the heavy police presence on Sheridan Blvd in that area. Upside: Better bands than most places. Thumbs up.

  • One of three Hiccups locations, this bar is everything a sports bar should be. The neon signs that line the walls light up the night and a host of TVs offer patrons a chance to catch any game they want. Outrageous daily beer specials and a wide array of special events keep patrons coming back. During the week, Hiccups offers beer pong tournaments, karaoke and poker tournaments, while the weekends feature live music. The menu features classic bar food, highlighted by the signature spicy jalapeno wings and ½ lb burgers.
