The line out the door at 2am is no accident. Pete’s has been soaking up Denver’s drunks for well over 25 years in the same location. Nothing cures a swerve like the smell of piles of hash browns and eggs frying on the 8- foot wide cooktop. All your favorites are there: gryos burgers, pork chops, eggs any style, bottomless pots of coffee and a breakfast burrito sure to put you into a carb coma that lasts for days. Try them during the day for a change and you’ll be amazed at just how good the food really is, even when you are sober.

Great Food! but bad service. Don't be fooled by these folks... They tend to talk behind your back when your sitting across from you and not in a good way.... including the manager and owner.

  • The gods of Olympus looked down from the mountain top, zeroed in on Capital Hill, saw that the breakfast outlook was bleaker than the Spartans odds at Thermopylae, and called Pete’s Kitchen into being.  Drink a bottle of Evan Williams last night, and yer feeling a little wobbly?  Pete’s at 0700 is da bomb, baby!  The tavern gave you the hook after last call?  Pete’s and a stack o’ flapjacks at 0200 will will actually locate your worst enemy and beat him ‘til he slobbers.  Huzzah!
