I live close to this Potts and was very excited when it opened a few years back after much love in the Fort Collins original. Great look, varied beer selection, big screens for sports, open lay out. The food is generally good if not a bit expensive for dressed up bar food. There has been one consistent piece with this over the year, poor, poor, poor service. I have sit in the restaurant, in the bar, at the bar (how does a bartender not fill my empty glass for 10 minutes?), slow times, busy times, on a snowy day, on a sunny day. It does not matter, the service is always slow and unresponsive. The one in Broomfield is much better as is the one in Littleton. So I keep giving them another chance and it does not change.

If you want to be left alone maybe this is the place for you, eat and drink slow. Otherwise I would not bother. The kicker is that it would be a good place, with a little better service.

  • This chain brewery keeps people from all walks of life entertained by offering casual fare in a dining room in addition to the brewpub and sports bar. Although the food choices are nothing more than ordinary, the quality is up to par, so you can enjoy a decent night out in a casual environment. If you are a beer enthusiast be aware that those on tap at C.B. & Potts have more hops than most, and are fined instead of filtered. It does tend to get crowded with the post-work parties, so if you're looking for something quiet you won't find it here.
