Now sometimes you just have to cry about great food because it was that good. Bayou Bob's is that kind of place.
If you like deep south Louisiana cooking with the spicy great flavors, you have to try this place.

I started out with the stuffed mushrooms. Stuffed with Crawfish, Breaded and baked to die for shrooms.

Then followed up with the BBQ Shrimp in their homemade Cajon Butter Sauce spiciness.

I couldn't stop, I moved to the Seafood Au Gratin next at the suggestion of Shelly, (awesome barkeeper btw). It was filled with Crawfish, Shrimp and Scallops then baked with cheddar jack.

Now let's talk about the amazing service. Shelly behind the bar was awesome and fun. The owners daughter, Meagan, greets everyone with her sexy Southern girl accent and makes you feel at home. The owners cook and do the books so it's definitely a family affair.

If your looking for a fun date night, try this place out. I sincerely doubt you'll be disappointed.

    Neon Bob

    Neon Sign for Bayou Bob's

  • Deep-friend alligator tail, Cajun meatloaf and fried crawfish salad might not be exactly what you’re used to, but in the words of Vincent “Don Vito” Margera, “abudabu gandadint gav beer annin aahgah tago yabbada!” (which we're pretty sure is New Orleans dialect for “this is the best Creole food this side of the Mississippi!”). Located in the heart of downtown, this authentic, Cajun themed restaurant comes complete with Dixieland tunes and deep-sea fishing equipment. It’s all about gumbo and jambalaya!

    What exactly is 'eh?'

Eh. I don’t feel strongly about it either way. I don’t hate it or love it, I wouldn’t recommend it or dismiss it, it just is.
