Go to a steak house in the Tech center and you pay $25 for the steak, $8 for the potatos, $6 for the veggis and practically another $2 for the water! Not so at this ChopHouse. I ordered a steak which was very reasonable (and melt-in-your-mouth good) and it came with a big side salad, cornbread and large side. So much I couldn't eat it all. The service was excellent too. I also read on a sign that they offer 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sundays - so I'll be heading back!

The 2 times I've been to Denver, I've enjoyed The Chop on both occasions. Both times, the food, service, wine and company have been great. Very professional servers, (which is a nice change coming from the Orlando area. Excellent selection of steaks and other items, allthe food tastes fresh, cooked to the way we ordered them, and the wine cataloge was great. Some nice finds on it.

Awesome! Just one word needed. Service, Food, and style. This was a refreshing change to the same old Steakhouse. All items came with the salad and side. I didn't have to pay up for every little item. The service was great. My server was very professional yet friendly, such a nice change. He truely made us feel welcomed. I just found my new favorite spot....The Denver ChopHouse

We’ve always said it would be cool to have a time machine. Now you can…sort of. Step out of 2008 and into the 1940’s at this elegant restaurant. Lined with wood floors and classy tables, you will feel like you’ve stepped into the days of “Bing Crosby.” Staying with that era, they also play music from the 30s and 40s while you dine. The food is top-notch as well. On the menu you’ll find plank salmon, filet mignon, crab cakes and many other delicious options. Bloody Mary people we’re talking to you: The 'Mary’s' are perfectly spicy and the ingredients are just right!
