Where to Play Ms. Pac-Man
From two-person tabletops to solo uprights, this is your guide to finding all the radical spots in Los Angeles that have old-school Ms. Pac-Man machines.

1
Golden Gopher -
417 W 8th St. - Los Angeles (Downtown)
Report this commentThe Golden Gopher is an excellent downtown LA destination for meeting up with friends, grabbing a few drinks and enjoying some interactive ambiance (they have a killer juke box and most of the bar's tables are actually tabletop arcade machines!).

2
Big Wangs -
1562 N. Cahuenga Blvd. - Los Angeles (Cahuenga Corridor)
Report this commentOk, so it's a bit rowdy and most patrons are sports aficionados, but if you find yourself here and are completely disinterested in your surroundings, well...you'll be glad to know there are several arcade games at your disposal.

Gardens of Taxco -
1113 N. Harper Ave. - West Hollywood
Report this commentThis long-time LA staple for entertaining (the waiters sing the menu to you) Mexican cuisine has a tabletop Ms. Pac-Man machine hiding in the small entryway waiting area.

The Playboy Mansion -
10236 Charing Cross Road - Los Angeles
Report this commentSome people think the Playboy Mansion is all about the Playmates.. But, video game fans will freak over the mansion's game room, which features dozens of old-school arcade games--all set to FREE PLAY.

Spaceland -
1717 Silver Lake Blvd. - Los Angeles (Silver Lake)
Report this commentHipsters flock here for local, live music. But, if you're not digging the band on stage--and if you can handle the thick, smoke-filled air in the poorly ventilated back room--plunk a couple of quarters into their Ms. Pac-Man machine.

Sherman Oaks Castle Park -
4989 Sepulveda Blvd. - Sherman Oaks
Report this commentThis might seem like an obvious addition to this list, but... not every bank of arcade games features a good Ms. Pac-Man machine (especially one that doesn't have a sticky joystick!). Luckily, the Sherman Oaks Castle Park delivers.
