At a very chilly 27° in Denver for the third game of the NLDS, Rockies fans still came out to show their team spirit. Even some Phillies fans were spotted. Alice 105.9 hosted a rockin' post-season party at Jackson's and got fans riled up just before game time. We also stopped by the Tavern Downtown; we had to see who was drinking our Metromix Purple Punisher. The game day drink wasn't the only purple around town; fans broke out their hats, jerseys, and violet apparel to cheer on the Rocks. It was a tough loss with a final score of 5-6, but we still love our Rockies. So much in fact, over 50,000 fans at Coors Field sat out well past midnight in freezing temperatures.
