Brian Reese is a man who loves his steak
If you think Invesco Field has tumble weeds rolling throughout the stadium once the football season ends, you are so wrong. During the summer, Invesco will be filled with cheering fans, beer, a crazy raccoon mascot named Stix and, of course, professional lacrosse teams from around the country.
Invesco Field houses the Denver Outlaws’ home games running from May through August.
Everyone knows when the Rockies begin playing their season at Coors Field, and not enough people seem to care about the tough, athletic sport going on down the street. Lacrosse is a sport that quickly becomes a fan favorite and the fans are just as crazy about the Denver Outlaws as they are about the boys in purple.
We figured instead of interviewing one of the players from the Outlaws, that it would be nice to get to know the guy behind the operation, head coach, Brian Reese.
Reese resides in Maryland, and believe it or not, he is more of a steak guy than a fish guy.–Erica Boniface, Metromix
