Put your head down a little, your high-fallutin'-LoDo-loft nose is way too turned up - looks silly. And if you keep it that high, you might miss a chance for some excellent dining in burbs. Mosaic is one of Parker's finest and boasts an interesting menu and a sophisticated yet unpretentious style. Great seafood dishes, international twists on domestic classics and a fairly impressive wine list. If you still think you're too good for this, then you're probably too cool for Colorado, so go back to your coast my friend.
