Do you remember when it was announced that MTV’s The Real world was coming here? The excitement was palpable, until we learnt that the ‘stars’ were going to be about as interesting as watching Ms. Spears go commando for shocked valet and paparazzi, alike. So what do you do with the vacant retail space left when they packed up, cried and left? As a poster-child for urban renewal at its finest, the space found itself being reinvented into a tapas style restaurant. How does Lobster pot pie with chive crème-fresh sound? Theorie is also a full martini bar, with dancing and a sheer curtains that can surround every booth for a little privacy for you and your special someone.
