So what do you do with the vacant retail space left when they packed up, cried and left? As a poster-child for urban renewal at its finest, the space found itself being reinvented into a tapas style restaurant. How does Lobster pot pie with chive crème-fresh sound? Theorie is also a full martini bar, with dancing and a sheer curtains that can surround every booth for a little privacy for you and your special someone.
