GREAT FOOD SLOW SERVICE

I rarely complain online about things, but these guys have to get on the ball when it comes to service. Friendly greetings met us when we walked in the door, and the head waiter handed us our menus and a pretty cool salad for openers. Then the service dropped like a rock. We made our orders, and watched as four chefs just stood around for about five minutes.. I then politely asked if our orders were taken, and the head waitier said "Yes". We then waited about three more minutes before I fnally saw one guy working on something. I had ordered four rolls, and we downed three of them (they were REALLY GOOD!). They were confused though on how many Spider Rolls we ordered (We ordered two, but got one). They came out and asked how many we ordered. My friend asked if they had already started on the second Spider Roll, and he again said "Yes". We then waited about ten more minutes to find that nothing had been started even though I had twice asked him if the Spider Roll was being made. We finally figured out that the chefs and the cook just answer "Yes" to anything in hopes that they're right. (No slander or prejudice here, but none of them speak English very well, so I think this was the waiters way of "handling" the communication problem).

If you go to this place, then be sure they understand what you want, and be sure that you have awhile to enjoy the food.

The Best Sushi in Town

I tried Katsuya because of a review on another website it is much closer to me than my other favorite sushi place.
They have an extensive array of rolls and baked rolls. I think it's the best sushi in town.... i've been there several times and never had a bad piece.
