We don't know which is more disturbing: the fact that eating braised bison tongue is an option, or the fact that you may have to listen to Eric "Many Winds" Herrera play 'My Animal Spirit Dies For A Very Long Time' on his flute while you choke it down. The Fort is a historical feature, having been around for over 40 years. The prices aren't cheap (up to $50 for entrees or more for chef specials), the meat cuts are nothing less than suberb, and the side items fit for the old West.
