The Capital Grille

What is it about steaks? There’s something so manly to them. When I was growing up Saturday night was steak night in our house. Maybe it was Mum’s way of rewarding my dad and I for leaning up against the mirrored posts in countless department stores all day long, our hands numb from the bags, cutting off circulation. But Mum, well she had fish. Also it’s got to be cooked right. If I get one more med-rare steak that’s as brown as a leather shoe, I’ll scream! At The Capital Grille things are different. Steak is on the top of the menu and dry-aged to perfection. Across the U.S. this establishment is known for their steaks and for the mothers and girlfriends, there’s plenty of other goodies that get just as much attention, including the deserts, ladies!
