Del Frisco’s, now this is Colorado classy at its best. Reservations are recommended, but come without and you have an excuse to relax in their cigar lounge while listening to the tunes of their piano player. Here, selection is key, with over 30 brands of fine cigars and an extensive wine list that pairs perfectly with their deep selection of sophisticated steak entrees. Just ask their on-staff sommelier.
