The Sink
This popular college restaurant is
as "Green," as they come. Running 100% wind power, instead of plastic straws
they have "corn straws" and they recycle compost everyday. They do this regardless of Earth Day this week. So the next time you're dousing your college brain with some beer and liquor after a very painful day in classes you can be like, "oh yeah my straw is corn." So you can suck on it and talk about how much the Cornhuskers suck; which will make for a great conversation. Yeh, we managed to throw in a "Nebraska sucks" blow without even trying. It is easy to do when they really do suck. The next time you're on the "Hill" in Boulder, swing by The Sink and have a beer or two...or three..and enjoy the fact that you're being Earth conscious while you do it.
