Snapshot: The Bent Fork
The Bent Fork marries old-fashioned attention to detail with inventive entrees, and has been awarded “Best Burger,” “Best American Food,” and “Best American Cuisine,” by a variety of organizations. They’re not afraid to push the envelope, as evidenced by the strawberry, brie and chicken salad, or the Salmon BLT that pairs a charbroiled filet with applewood-smoked bacon and lemon aioli. Food this good should be universal, but for now, you’ll have to make do with their two locations in Loveland and Aurora.
