Fish & Chips
Verdict: The name alone was interesting enough to make any self respecting seafood bloke sit up and take notice. Huang has taken the long overdue small trend that has finally caught on in town and applied it to his appetizers (a word that is never uttered in the restaurant or on the menu). The small plates can indeed serve as starters, but sticking to the concept, are also fully capable of turning into a potpourri of dishes for many to share. The Fish & Chips are no exception. The herb-battered sea bass and sweet potato fries are so beautifully simple it’s almost frustrating. Even the sriracha tarter blend (that is truly no more than a mix between the two) is the perfect condiment. Two 'finger food' covered thumbs up.
