Egg-cellent choice
The Summer Holiday is just another one of the tricks up Chlóe's sleeve. A rum-based cocktail with egg whites, lime and an unpronounceable liquer, it tastes a little like egg nog (in a most surprising, fun way) and banana cream pie.
Its texture is a little on the frothy side, making for a rich and smooth journey down.
