Students travel from all over the world to graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Sure, there is a fair share of blonde California girls lugging their Louis Vuitton backpacks around as if they’re JanSports and surfer boys that use the word “dude” more than any other in their vocabulary—CU Boulder prides itself on having a diverse campus
That being said, the entire city of Boulder doesn’t shy away from offering the best in authentically ethnic restaurants. From the best Indian cuisine to amazing Japanese restaurants, Boulder has the best ethnic restaurants to try out today.
We decided to take a stroll along Pearl Street to go ethnic. We left our passports at home for this cuisine journey around the world.
