Metromix samples the newest in cruisin' cuisine
Civic Center EATS, the standing date between Denver food trucks and foodies who should probably be at work instead of chilling at the park, is back and better than ever this summer. And since no one should be at work more than the Metromix crew, we stopped by this week to scope out the mobile munchie scene.
Food truck stalwarts Steubens and The Biscuit Bus were on hand, as were plenty of noobs, especially on the dessert front. Being the last people in Denver who had yet to visit Pinche Tacos, we stopped there first and had a hard time leaving.
