Oh wow. This is the place to go to impress that sophisticated girl you've been eyeing. Contemporary and creative spins on traditional southwester cuisine, Old Blinking Light, brings elegance and class to the burbs. Entrees are beautifully plated and designed by chefs in those huge white hats (which obviously means the place is good). The menu isn't overly pretentious, but has some interesting surprises that are sure not to disappoint. Where else can you go in Littleton for avocado mousse? Its no Taco Bell, but you'll survive without the reconstituted beans. I promise.
