My favorite is a sandwich shop in Writer Square at 1512 Larimer St. It's called Jamaica Juice and has an unmistakable blue canopy. I had a tasty chicken sandwich with peppers and some gourmet sauce along with fresh squeezed lemonade for about $7. The menu is extensive and looks like it can cater to any budget. The atmosphere is quaint and beautiful. Many of the restaurants listed in this article are unreasonably far from campus. I am a student at Metro and often use the Light Rail to get around. Even if I do park on campus, leaving is often not an option because most lots do not allow re-entry. I would like to see more options closer to campus, or options that are within walking distance from the Light Rail, that allow for a quick bite between classes.

Check out Thunderbird Burgers & BBQ. They have awesome food, free wi-fi, cheap beer (it helps with the studying!) and they are close to campus.
