The great thing about Denver, though, is that you're never far from an affordable omelet, cheap taco or bargain burger. The trick is finding some variety beyond the standard pancake-bacon-eggs plate, which is where the following list comes in. Plus, these restaurants are close enough to campus that even your roommate's gas-starved subcompact stands a good chance of making the return trip.
