Metromix talks gastronomy, Scotch with unlikely foodies

If you're not familiar with the term "gastropub" by now, we're going to go ahead and assume that you just don't care. Which is understandable, because it's just the kind of teeth-grindingly precious language bad restaurants use to lure unsuspecting tourists to their culinary doom.
But Argyll GastroPub is clearly not that restaurant. After weathering the treacherous first year, Denver's best subterranean European comfort food establishment/Scotch bunker is going stronger than ever. Metromix stopped by to take stock and taste some pork belly. Sadly, it was too early in the day for Laphroaig.
