Chef/Owner Mary Nguyen moves into suburban DTC

Street food has been all the rage lately, with food trucks clogging the roads and gourmet lunch carts lining downtown sidewalks. But street food doesn’t have to be eaten on grimy concrete while passersby stare lustfully at your tacos. Mary Nguyen, chef-owner of Denver’s fanciest Vietnamese restaurant, Parallel 17, elevates the concept of street food at her new venture, Street Kitchen Asian Bistro.
