Hawaii has fresh fish, Japan has fresh sushi and Colorado has fresh steaks. That’s just how the barbecue sauce wilts on this story.
When we first heard about a new big game restaurant opening up in Denver, saying that we jumped for joy was an understatement. We wore elastic pants so we can squeeze as much meaty goodness in our stomach’s as humanly possible and we made sure to don dark clothes just in case we dripped barbecue sauce down the front of our shirts. Yes, this is how we prepared for our first trip to Big Game Restaurant & Lounge.
And that preparation paid off. Oh boy did it pay off.
