Picking out the perfect place for a quick but classy lunch is about as distressing as a first date. You want it to be comfortable and nonchalant while still being classy and impressive. While pulling off all the latter adjectives, Aria Inspired Cuisine offers a fresh and distinct menu for the lunch hour, and don’t doubt dinner isn’t just as impassioned.

From their just-what-you-need martini menu to Chef Michael Long’s Feature Lunch Menu (three courses for $25, hello!) you’ll find variety—fresh and fast. Be ready to get taken care of by the professionally friendly and attentive wait staff and pay attention to details, like how they fold your napkin nicely for you when you use the restroom or how your knife’s blade is vertical to the table (think about it), or the pink sea salt sprinkled on the butter. It’s the little things that count, that’s not to be said about what you’re about to treat your stomach to. Oh, and coming here on a first date wouldn’t be a bad idea.
