“Pizza Entrepreneur.” That was the title given to Mark Huebner, who was one of the bachelors on the latest installment of ABC’s hit show, “The Bachelorette.” Although Mark didn’t have a huge role in the season starring Canadian cutie, Jillian Harris, we Denverites couldn’t complain—Mark didn’t get the rose and got sent packing. Which means….we get Mark all to ourselves.
When we saw he was a “Pizza Entrepreneur” from Denver, everyone assumed he must be related to the folks who started Pizza Hut or Domino’s. No, he isn’t crazy rich, ladies—and yes, he is still perfectly single.
Long story short, Mark and his trusty college buddy, Phil Coan, opened up a new pizza joint in Denver called the Denver Pizza Company, in July 2009 and we knew we couldn’t pass it up.
Okay, fine—we’re busted. Yes, we went to the Denver Pizza Company to taste their pizza. Come on, it’s pizza…the best invention next to push-up bras. But, seriously—We had ulterior motives ‘Was he as hot as he was on the show?” –or—“Is he a bachelor for a reason?” –or—“Give us the dirt on the show, buddy! Did Wes have a girlfriend? Is Jake as perfect in real life as he was portrayed on the show?”
With strict ABC guidelines, our answers weren’t met—but what we can tell you is that Jake really is such a goody goody that no one could stand him and everyone on that show had ulterior motives themselves—
“Come on, I am opening a pizza company! Of course I wanted exposure,” Mark declared. Who could blame the guy?
