Every dish is crafted from the very finest ingredients with the most experienced hands. The owner, Toshi Kizaki has a branch in Japan run by his brother Koichi, giving Sushi Den unfettered access to the superlative seafood in the world. In order to have entrance to the top markets in Japan one has to be a licensed restaurateur in the country. With his Asian station in place, fish is overnighted to Denver several times a week. This urgency deliver a critical element for perfect sushi: guaranteed freshness.
