Remember when Kathleen Turner and Michael Douglas fought off crocodiles and found true love in “Romancing the Stone?" Yeah, Trapper’s isn’t really like that, but apparently they see a resemblance; their specialty dish is named after the movie. How hip of them. You’ll get to sear your own steak on an 800-degree volcanic hot rock, plus it comes with veggies and a side. You may wonder why you’d drive all the way out to Parker to cook your own meal, but regulars swear by it.
