This ain’t your mama’s ice cream parlor. It’s a purveyor, not just of premium gelato, but also of unique gelato-based drinks and cocktails. A great place to stop on a hot afternoon, you can opt for a few scoops of one of their 32 flavors (in a cup or cone), or a smoothie-type drink made with or without hooch. The Gelazzi margarita is made from lemon and lime gelato, Cointreau, and tequila, and will kill the most potent thirst.

Gelazzi is the desert spot of choice when I eat downtown. It is good gelato for a reasonable price.
