As an upscale, fine-dining experience, it sits above Boulder at 6,000 ft. and a view that will make anyone forget their worries. It’s family-owned and operated with incredible food for your taste buds. Some house specialties include roasted butternut squash soup, Maine lobster, filet mignon and king salmon. The dessert menu is Jenny Craig’s nightmare. It has everything from vanilla bean cheesecake to caramelized apples.
