Did you do something to tick off your significant other? Are you needing to take your prom date somewhere romantical? Wow, instead of sounding like a raving infomercial, let’s suggest the Flagstaff House for the cure. As an upscale, fine-dining experience, it sits above Boulder at 6,000 ft. and a view that will make anyone forget their worries. It’s family-owned and operated with incredible food for your taste buds. Some house specialties include roasted butternut squash soup, Maine lobster, filet mignon and king salmon. The dessert menu is Jenny Craig’s nightmare. It has everything from vanilla bean cheesecake to caramelized apples. Now if you really messed up in the relationship department, they even have retail items on sale such as a flower vase with an orchid, martini glasses and a clay tea pot. Now, go and make up.
