I've been to Jacamo's numerous times. As for their pizza and food, theirs is very good, much like Bazbeaux's. My issue is with the management. I experienced very poor customer service with regards to a complaint. I received the same poor service, with a negative attitude as well, when I took the issue up with the owner.
With the economy as such, people are not eating out as much. There are many good pizzerias to choose from, most of them less expensive. If I'm not treated respectfully by a business, I take my business elsewhere. My family and I have not returned. Word of mouth can help or ruin your reputation as a business.

Just wanted to reiterate something I said on indy.com about Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza. Best pizza in town. The crust is soft AND crisp, the cheese stretches copiously, the toppings are plentiful. It's a pizza explosion in your mouth! I've not even mentioned the absolutely unparalleled creamy parmesan dipping sauce. Can't wait to go home for some leftovers!
