Located in the box office of the former Lowenstein Theatre Complex, Encore is an earthy, eco-friendly American grill helmed by prolific Denver restaurateur Steve Whited CQ. Offering flat bread pizzas, imaginative burgers and salads, wood fired steaks and seafood and a number of signature dishes, Executive Chef Sean Huggard has tinkered with traditional dishes to give them his own unique accent.
