Dish: Throw your calamari preconceptions out the window, and for sure don't expect any marinara sauce, this one already has all th spice it needs. Doused with Thai chili sauce and sprinkled with spicy peanuts, this squid gets a little daring. Delightfully balanced with the the mint and cilantro, sommelier Ian Maxwell recommends the Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc, 2007.
