Verdict: Jewel of India owner Jujhar Singh, himself, suggested the chicken Ticca Masala. And when the owner of the establishment suggests something, by all means, do it. Or in this case, eat it. This chicken dish is the most popular at Jewel of India. Everyone loves its rich but more familiar flavor, and you can have the chefs make it as mild or as spicy as you like it. This is a good dish for the less adventurous folks—It holds an original and unique flavor, but not too unique that those of us unfamiliar with Indian food should hesitate.
