Papadam and chutney

This snack is served complimentary with any meal. Papadam is a thin wafer-like bread, cooked with spices. When you bite into the crispy little morsel, your first thought might be of a Pringle. But, the chutneys add brilliant flavors along with their vivid colors. The onion chutney (red) could definitely be spread on just about anything. While the tamarind chutney adds sweetness, the mint chutney definitely heats up the taste buds with a unique mix of herbs.
